Step into Sophia’s world for a day of gymnastics, wild challenges, confidence, creativity, and BIG energy!

This isn’t your typical gymnastics clinic. Girls of all ages and levels will take on Sophia’s crazy challenges, train through elite-inspired gymnastics stations, learn artistry and performance, and discover how to Find Their Fire. 🔥

In Sophia’s confidence workshop, gymnasts AND parents will learn practical tools for handling mental blocks, fears, meet anxiety, pressure, and setbacks — while building real confidence and resilience inside and outside the gym.
