A fun and engaging skills session led by Sophia herself—focused on crucial techniques necessary for strong and safe gymnastics. A confidence-boosting artsy and dance choreography class is also built-in!

High-energy gymnastics challenges designed to push comfort zones, build bravery, and laugh!

Fire Within Empowerment Workshop

This is the heart of the experience for both girls and their parents.

Sophia teaches what she wished she had learned as a young gymnast:

  • What fear really is, and why it shows up
  • How to build confidence through emotional intelligence
  • How to overcome mental blocks in gymnastics
  • How self-belief is trained, just like skills

You and your daughter will walk away with real tools, not just motivation. The fall tour is focused on tools for staying calm in competition, but they are also applicable to life at all ages.
